Yes. Youth boxing runs for ages 6 and up with two coaches in every class. Kids learn real boxing fundamentals alongside discipline and confidence. Parents consistently tell us it changes their kids.

None at all. Most members had never thrown a punch before their first class. All levels train here, from complete beginners to competitive fighters.
