Rock Steady Boxing

Non-contact boxing training designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's disease. Builds strength, balance, and coordination. One of the only programs of its kind in North County. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Adaptive Training

One-on-one and small-group sessions built for people who train better with a different approach, including athletes with developmental and physical differences. Coaching is paced to the person, not the other way around. Reach out and we'll talk through what fits.
